Affordable Trade Show Displays: Building a Great Exhibit on a Budget

All sizes of our  affordable trade show exhibits can be useful and worthwhile, but a 20 x 20 trade show exhibit is special. First of all, with a 20 x 20 trade show booth, you have the opportunity to dominate the floor visually. You can build up as well as out, at least to some height limit. This positions you to stand out above the crowd as a beacon to every attendee. And on the ground, you’re afforded enough space to set up virtually any kind of environment, short of one that requires a tour. Even if you don’t have enough physical products or props to fill the space, a calming area can be assembled that invites people in to enjoy it.

Building Up to Use Your Space

How tall can your 20 x 20 trade show booth be? The answer to this question depends on the venue, and it’s important to find out early in the design process. The higher we can build, the easier it can be to catch eyes. The idea is to make trade show attendees curious what all the fuss is about so that they a) come over and b) have already been thinking about you for some time when they do.

20 x 20 trade show booths are also commonly the ones that have private meeting rooms. A second deck, or loft, is a perfect place to put one of these meeting rooms. Everyone below can look up and wish they got to be in there while your warmest leads can look out at the rest of the trade show and feel special.

Building Out with Creativity

Use your space! Upstairs doesn’t have to be the only place you make sales. Maybe vet your leads on the floor and send them to the loft when one’s ready to close. Or set up full product demos, sparing no luxury or detail that can help entice an attendee to sign up.

Whether it’s interaction space, product demos, or even creating a zenlike, simple and clean area to feel recharged when people are around you and your booth, more space is always an advantage and shouldn’t be neglected.

20 x 20 Trade Show Booth Ideas: Build Up and Build Out!

If you care enough to ante up for a 20 x 20 trade show exhibit space, you care enough to make it just right. The size is perfect–big enough to draw attention, small enough to keep things moving.

The ability to build something tall is a baked-in advantage that’s hard to overstate. People can see your booth out of the corners of their eyes from far away, so by the time they arrive, they’ve already been thinking about you. Likewise, it makes it easier to build something that feels really spacious in a crowded room, something that grabs them off the floor and makes them like being around you and your product.
